Each service ensures a consistently guest-ready property. ๐ŸŒฟ Light Clean For quick turnovers and well-maintained units Surface cleaning & sanitizing of all rooms Kitchen wipe-down: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave Bathroom wipe-down: sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures Bed making with fresh linens (laundry optional) Light dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal Quick visual check for guest readiness Ideal for: Short stays, frequent turnovers, low-wear units โœจ Full Clean For standard turnovers and moderate guest use Includes everything in Light Clean, plus: Detailed dusting & sanitizing of all rooms Full kitchen cleaning, including cabinet fronts Full bathroom sanitation: tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors Trash removal & optional supply restocking Final walkthrough inspection Ideal for: Most Airbnb turnovers and moderate traffic properties ๐ŸŒŸ Deep Clean For first-time cleanings, high-traffic, or periodic resets Includes everything in Full Clean, plus: Deep bathroom & kitchen scrubbing Baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach areas Extra attention to high-traffic zones Interior cabinet fronts and detailed surface sanitation Recommended if: Heavy buildup, long gap between cleanings, high guest turnover ๐Ÿงน Floors Included Vacuuming and mopping of standard floor areas are included in all service levels.


Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Lux Lucis Inc. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities between the Client and Lux Lucis Inc. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. SERVICE WINDOW: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00amโ€“1:00pm SERVICE TYPE: Residential / Office/Commercial / Airbnb/Vacation Rental Services do not include handling biohazards, pet waste, human waste, pest infestations, mold, extreme hoarding, or heavy lifting (items over 30 lbs.). CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide safe, timely access to property โ€ข Secure valuables, pets and supervise children โ€ข Notify the company of illness or hazards COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide trained, uniformed technicians โ€ข Maintain confidentiality โ€ข Follow safety protocols โ€ข Provide 24-hour re-clean guarantee The company will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Rest assured that equipment and supplies used are safe and in good working condition. If the client prefers specific products, they must be supplied and discussed in advance. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT: 24-hour notice; $50 inconvenience fee โ€ข Payment due at completion; credit/debit card only LIABILITY: Insured and bonded โ€ข Not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items In the rare event of damage, clients must report the occurrence to the company within 24 hours of the service date for claim processing. The client may expect a response to this concern within (3) business days HOLIDAYS: We observe New Yearโ€™s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If a cleaning falls on a holiday, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. COMPANY RIGHTS: The company reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of this policy at any time with or without prior notice. By scheduling services with Lux Lucis Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
