Lux Lucis Inc. – Service Agreement Thank you for choosing Lux Lucis Inc. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below. Full policies are available on our website. Service Hours Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Services Residential, Office/Commercial, and Airbnb/Vacation Rental cleaning. Excludes biohazards, waste, mold, infestations, extreme hoarding, or lifting over 30 lbs. Client Care Clients agree to provide safe access, secure valuables and pets, and disclose any hazards. Our Standard Trained, uniformed professionals. All equipment and supplies provided. Strict safety and confidentiality practices. 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Billing & Cancellations Payment due at service completion (card only). 24-hour notice required for cancellations; late cancellations incur a $50 fee. Liability Fully insured and bonded. Not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Holidays New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Lux Lucis Inc. reserves the right to update terms at any time. Booking confirms acceptance of this agreement.
