Includes: Light dusting and wiping of desks, workstations, and conference tables Trash and recycling removal Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard-surface floors Restroom wipe-down: sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures Breakroom wipe-down: countertops, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors Spot cleaning of doors, glass, and high-touch areas Light disinfection of shared equipment (phones, keyboards) upon request Ideal for: Daily or weekly maintenance in low-to-moderate traffic offices โจ Full Clean Best for standard office upkeep and moderate traffic A Full Clean provides more thorough sanitation and detail cleaning of common and high-use areas. Includes everything in a Light Clean, plus: Detailed dusting of desks, shelves, window sills, and common areas Thorough restroom sanitation, including fixtures and partitions Breakroom cleaning with attention to spills, stains, and buildup Enhanced vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces Spot cleaning of interior glass, doors, and wall marks where accessible Disinfection of shared equipment and high-touch surfaces Ideal for: Weekly or bi-weekly service in active office environments ๐ Deep Clean Best for first-time service, high-traffic spaces, or periodic resets A Deep Clean delivers intensive, detail-focused cleaning to address buildup, neglected areas, and sanitation needs. Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Lux Lucis Inc. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities between the Client and Lux Lucis Inc. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. SERVICE WINDOW: MondayโFriday, 7:00amโ1:00pm SERVICE TYPE: Residential / Office/Commercial / Airbnb/Vacation Rental Services do not include handling biohazards, pet waste, human waste, pest infestations, mold, extreme hoarding, or heavy lifting (items over 30 lbs.). CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide safe, timely access to property โข Secure valuables, pets and supervise children โข Notify the company of illness or hazards COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide trained, uniformed technicians โข Maintain confidentiality โข Follow safety protocols โข Provide 24-hour re-clean guarantee The company will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Rest assured that equipment and supplies used are safe and in good working condition. If the client prefers specific products, they must be supplied and discussed in advance. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT: 24-hour notice; $50 inconvenience fee โข Payment due at completion; credit/debit card only LIABILITY: Insured and bonded โข Not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items In the rare event of damage, clients must report the occurrence to the company within 24 hours of the service date for claim processing. The client may expect a response to this concern within (3) business days HOLIDAYS: We observe New Yearโs Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If a cleaning falls on a holiday, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. COMPANY RIGHTS: The company reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of this policy at any time with or without prior notice. By scheduling services with Lux Lucis Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
