Includes: Light dusting of accessible surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor) Vacuuming and mopping of all floors Kitchen wipe-down: countertops, sinks, stovetop, appliance exteriors Bathroom wipe-down: sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures Trash removal and liner replacement Light tidying of living areas and bedrooms Spot cleaning of high-touch areas (light switches, door handles) Ideal for: Weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleanings ✨ Full Clean Best for standard home maintenance and moderate use A Full Clean provides a more detailed and thorough cleaning of commonly used areas, focusing on sanitation and overall presentation. Includes everything in a Light Clean, plus: Detailed dusting of baseboards, shelves, and décor Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces Kitchen cleaning: countertops, sinks, stovetop, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts Bathroom sanitation: toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures Spot cleaning of doors, trim, and wall marks where accessible Straightening and organizing of common living areas and bedrooms Ideal for: Monthly cleanings, move-ins with light buildup, or standard household upkeep 🌟 Deep Clean Best for first-time service, heavy buildup, or extended gaps between cleanings A Deep Clean delivers intensive, detail-oriented cleaning to address buildup, grime, and neglected areas. Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Lux Lucis Inc. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities between the Client and Lux Lucis Inc. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. SERVICE WINDOW: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–1:00pm SERVICE TYPE: Residential / Office/Commercial / Airbnb/Vacation Rental Services do not include handling biohazards, pet waste, human waste, pest infestations, mold, extreme hoarding, or heavy lifting (items over 30 lbs.). CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide safe, timely access to property • Secure valuables, pets and supervise children • Notify the company of illness or hazards COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide trained, uniformed technicians • Maintain confidentiality • Follow safety protocols • Provide 24-hour re-clean guarantee The company will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Rest assured that equipment and supplies used are safe and in good working condition. If the client prefers specific products, they must be supplied and discussed in advance. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT: 24-hour notice; $50 inconvenience fee • Payment due at completion; credit/debit card only LIABILITY: Insured and bonded • Not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items In the rare event of damage, clients must report the occurrence to the company within 24 hours of the service date for claim processing. The client may expect a response to this concern within (3) business days HOLIDAYS: We observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If a cleaning falls on a holiday, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. COMPANY RIGHTS: The company reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of this policy at any time with or without prior notice. By scheduling services with Lux Lucis Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
