Terms & Conditions By booking services with Lux Lucis, you agree to the following: Services & Pricing Quotes are based on the information provided at booking and may be adjusted if the property's size, condition, or service requirements differ from the original request. Scheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, lockouts, or inability to access the property may result in a fee. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client Responsibilities Please secure valuables and notify us of any fragile, specialty, or high-value items. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may address any concerns. Liability While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed fragile items. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. Health & Safety We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to our team. Privacy We respect your privacy. Client information is used solely for business operations and will never be sold. Photos of your property will not be used without your written permission. Updates These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
